Since obtaining my Real Estate License #01453496 in 2004, I have been helping clients with buying and selling residential properties in Northern California.

I have 25 plus years experience in the Residential Construction Industry as a CA Contractor #742397.    I have worked for the City of Palo Alto as an underground utility inspector with licenses to operate Domestic Water Treatment Plants and to service any water transmission line in the state of CA.  As an Internationally Certified Building Inspector #10135240, I offer construction expertise and guidance that other Realtors and Agents simply cannot. I have 35 years of personal contacts in the Construction, Remodeling and Engineering Fields throughout the Bay Area to get property inspections, renovations, remodels and staging handled quickly by some of the the best in the industry for great rates. These relationships allow me to quickly receive professional advice, bids and proposals for repair that add to the leverage my experience offers when negotiating offers, contingencies and contracts.
